We build and deliver custom CRM, ERP, Inventory Management, HR & Payroll, and business software solutions for enterprises.

10. WhatsApp Business Messaging
We use the official WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in to receive messages from us.
10.1 Data Collected via WhatsApp: When you communicate with us on WhatsApp, we collect: your phone number, display name, message content (text, images, documents you share), timestamps, message delivery and read status, and device/platform information provided by Meta.
10.2 Types of Messages We Send: Order confirmations and status updates, delivery and shipping notifications, appointment reminders and confirmations, payment reminders and receipts, customer support responses, service updates and maintenance alerts, and promotional messages (only with your explicit prior consent).
10.3 Consent and Opt-In: We only send WhatsApp messages to users who have provided explicit consent through: (a) checking the WhatsApp consent checkbox on our website contact form, (b) initiating a conversation with our WhatsApp Business number, or (c) providing written consent during a service engagement. We maintain records of all opt-in consents.
10.4 Third-Party Data Processor: Meta Platforms, Inc. acts as a data processor for WhatsApp Business API messages. Meta processes message delivery data in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties through WhatsApp messaging.
10.5 Data Retention for WhatsApp: WhatsApp conversation data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the date of last interaction. Message logs used for customer support are retained for 1 year. Opt-in consent records are retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 1 year. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
10.6 Opt-Out and Your Rights: You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by: (a) replying "STOP" to any message from us, (b) emailing info@softwaller.com with your phone number and opt-out request, or (c) calling us at +91 95859 99819. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. Opting out does not affect your access to our other services.
10.7 Data Security for WhatsApp: All WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted by the WhatsApp platform. We store conversation data on secured servers with access controls. Only authorised personnel involved in customer service and order fulfilment can access WhatsApp conversation data.
10.8 Compliance: Our WhatsApp Business messaging complies with: Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act 2000, and applicable data protection regulations.
